KARMA LOGIC
It simply isn't fair to let a dog who can't yet control her behavior have free reign in your home, only to be reprimanded when you find out she's done something naughty.
Training Philosophy
Company founder Faith Boyle entered the dog training profession with no preconceived notions and only one non-negotiable rule: No dog must ever be physically harmed or emotionally distressed by the training. The dogs themselves -- not the popular philosophy of the day -- tell us the best tools and methods for success. We believe:
...that succesful training cannot be achieved
without mutual trust, respect and love between handler and dog.
...that the Emotional Energy brought to training by the human
is a vital component for behavioral transformation in the dog.
...that there are many different paths to achieving a goal or result.
Our task, as enlightened human beings is to seek out those paths
that will best achieve the desired result for each unique canine and human client.
Features of our Transformational Training approach include:
Defining rules, boundaries and routines that reinforce human leadership within the context of canine mentality, to help eliminate stress, anxiety and confusion in your dog.Teaching new, desirable behaviors in place of the undesirable ones, in a way your dog clearly understands, so he is empowered to make better choices.Incorporating obedience training into day-to-day routines, so your dog understands that focus and obedience are 24/7 -- not just for "training practice."Abundant praise, encouragement and affection, with humane corrections if needed. The NILIF (Nothing in Life is Free) Principle -- because dogs who "work" for their rewards (praise, affection, food, etc.) are infinitely happier and more balanced.Instant Karma Dog Training
